How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or special promotions, delivery may take an additional 1–2 days.
What are the delivery charges?
Inside Dhaka: ৳60. Outside Dhaka: ৳120. Orders are processed the same day if placed before 3 PM on business days.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. Please contact us with your order number to initiate a return.
How do I track my order?
Use our Track Order page and enter your order number (starting with HG-) that was shown on your confirmation page. You can also contact us directly via phone or social media with your order number.
Do you have physical stores?
Yes! We have outlets in Dhaka. Check the footer of our website or the Store Locations section for current addresses and opening hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery (COD) for all orders. Online payment options are also available at checkout via SSL Commerz (bKash, Nagad, cards, and more).
Are your caps original / authentic?
Absolutely. All products we sell are 100% authentic. We source directly from authorized distributors and trusted suppliers, and we stand behind the quality of every cap we sell.
What sizes do your caps come in?
Most of our caps are one-size-fits-most (OSFM) with adjustable straps. We also carry fitted caps in standard sizes (S/M, L/XL, and numeric sizes). Size information is listed on individual product pages.
I ordered the wrong cap — can I change my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can modify it. Please contact us immediately via phone or Facebook with your order number. Once dispatched, we cannot make changes.
