Delivery Areas
We deliver to all districts across Bangladesh. Delivery is available to both residential and commercial addresses.
Delivery Charges

Order Processing
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM on business days are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on Fridays and public holidays are processed the next business day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification.
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners including Sundarban Courier, SA Paribahan, Pathao, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
Packaging
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your caps arrive in perfect condition. We use protective packaging materials to prevent any damage during transit.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, our courier will make one additional attempt. After two failed attempts, the package will be returned to us and a re-delivery fee may apply.
Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to adverse weather, public holidays, or high order volumes during peak seasons. We will notify you if there are any significant delays with your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
